Negative self-talk is humanity’s inherited curse from Adam, who said, “I am naked,” and saw himself as damaged goods. Sabbath gives us time to slow down, to think about what we think about, and to listen to what we say to ourselves. This sabbath ask yourself, “Does my inner dialogue align with the truth of Scripture and the voice of the Lord”?
