Every journey begins with a first step. Maybe you’re attending Sunday services, joining in at Christmas or Easter, or checking out Thrive events from time to time. At this stage, you’re part of the crowd—watching, listening, and exploring faith. The invitation is to move from observing to truly engaging with the rhythms of discipleship.

Year 2: Growing in Leadership
As you move into your second year, your roots begin to strengthen and your branches start to reach outward. You continue in Thrive’s yearly rhythms—but now you’re invited to step into leadership:

- Lead a table at the Bible-in-a-Year Discussion group, guiding others in conversation.
- Take your next step in leadership development by completing Semesters 1 & 2 of Thrive Leadership Academy (TLA).
This stage is about deepening your commitment while helping others grow alongside you.

Your first year of discipleship is about laying a strong foundation. This is where you begin to grow roots:

- Walk through our four-week Growth Track.
- Join in Sunday services consistently.
- Experience powerful moments during Prayer & Fasting Weeks, Men’s Camp or Women's Gatherings, and Serve Day.
- Celebrate with the Thrive family at special gatherings like the Passover Seder, Easter, and Christmas.
- Dive deeper into God’s Word through our Bible-in-a-Year Discussion group.

In year three, your faith journey bears even more fruit. You’re not just participating—you’re multiplying. You continue engaging in Thrive’s calendar events, but now you’re entrusted with greater responsibility:

- Complete Semester 3 & 4 of the Thrive Leadership Academy.
- Join the Small Group Academy, equipping you to launch and lead a Thrive Small Group.
