Psalm 73:25-26 Whom have I in heaven but You? And on earth I desire no one besides You. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
Sabbath rest strengthens more than the body; it renews the mind, emotions, and our will. While we may lament our lack of willpower, remembering the Sabbath is that which can transform our desires. Therefore, each time we honor the Sabbath, our souls are being renewed from the inside out.
