Thessalonians 5:18 Give thanks in every circumstance, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
“Every circumstance” covers a lot of ground! We may not be thankful for the bad diagnosis, but we can remain thankful in spite of it. The Sabbath is a weekly reminder to appreciate the life Jesus has given us—to say “thank You” for deliverance from sin and for the hope of eternal life.
